While the schedulers did not let me know that I needed to clear a space for their truck in front of my apartment, and as a result my cleaning was delayed a day, they made good on it and they did an incredible job. My carpets look absolutely brand new, Marcel was amazing and I am going to remember to ask for him next year!

Brett arrived right on time and even sent a text letting me know when he was on his way. He was friendly and professional and did a great job. The carpets in our house look like new and smell so fresh, which is a challenge with dirty kid shoes and 2 messy dogs. Our carpets are a light cream and before they were cleaned it was easy to see where we walked most often because there was a dingy gray path. The gray is gone, the cream color is back, and the fibers are fluffy like when they were first installed. This is the second time I’ve had Zerorez do the carpets in my house and both times I have been very satisfied with both the service and the results.

Jorge did a great job cleaning our area rugs and carpets today. He is very conscientious about meeting any concerns we had about stains, etc. Been using Zerorez for years and would never use anyone else.

They were on time. Kyle explained all he was going to do. He was pleasant and sweet. He did all the cleaning (carpets and tiles) Efficiently and when I asked him to give some extra attention to some trouble spots he took the time and I was very happy with the results. I would highly recommend this company and especially this technician.
