We had Zerorez come clean our carpets today and were amazing! Our carpets look brand new again, but they’re over 9 years old! Tyler was professional, friendly, and so patient answering my kid’s million questions! We would definitely recommend Zerorez!

Jorge Martinez did a beyond excellent job! He was very professional and friendly too. My carpets were in such awfully stained condition when he got here, and when he left; they were beautiful!! I definitely recommend them to everyone, and I will continue to use Zerorez myself.

ZeroRez works on spots & stays clean longer than other methods. It also dries faster. I use Bret in Orange County who I like very much. He listens to what I need, is very polite & careful to protect furniture etc.

Had a overall good experience with Zerorez. My only complaints are that the office didn’t really communicate what my apartment situation was with the tech so he was very out of the loop when he arrived. He also did not wear a mask the entire time in my place. I kept my distance, however I would have felt more comfortable if he had a mask on. The service was quick, efficient and left my carpets much cleaner than before!

We love Zerorez. The technicians are always kind and professional and they care about the service they provide. The cleaner way of cleaning our carpets is also why we use them.
