I own an older silk and wool rug. My retriever had an accident on the rug. I called Zerorez to help. The results are amazing. My rug is reborn.

Zerorez was prompt and courteous!! Meticulously cleaned my kitchen tiles more than expected. Looks like new again. 2 carpeted rooms were cleaned as well. All 3 rooms felt dry to the touch after 4 hours. Very impressed. However, the rep on the phone assured me we will be given booty socks and provided plastic runners so we can walk on the damp carpet that evening. We were not offered that by the technician. Other than that, I’m happy with the work!!!!

I like the system of cleaning with water and not chemicals!!!!! All the floor spaces - rug and tile are very clean and look beautiful!!!!

I recommend Jacob. The product is only as good as the person applying it. Jacob was thorough, detailed and skilled at his job. He came into my home and was polite and gracious. I have used only Zero Rez to clean these carpets for 20 years. Jacob ask the age of the carpet and was quite surprised when I told him. Zero Rez is a great product.
