They have continued to work on a deal, even after closing, in order to wrap up loose ends and make sure all parties are satisfied. They are knowledgeable about all different types of deals. And then they voluntarily got me a roll-off dumpster, in order to make sure I was happy. (Don’t expect them to get you a dumpster for each deal lol) This is just one example of how giving and good these people are. Finally, I think a huge positive is how accessible both Brent and Jen are. They always answer calls and respond to texts and emails very timely. They have both answered any question I might have had, even during off-hours. They’ve definitely made me feel valued.
