I used You've Got Maids to do a deep clean of my home. The ladies did a wonderful job and worked very hard. They were thorough in their work and we did a walk through at the end to make sure everything looked great. I definitely recommend them!

I have used YGM a few times a year for the past several years and am consistently in awe of the quality of their work, and the personalized customer service. They go above and beyond every time - and every time I think “I should book them more often!” Any family or person who appreciates a clean home should invest in a professional cleaner. We have be using You've Got Maids for almost 1 year after I ended up on crutches for almost 2 months. We also have a German Shedder (I mean Shepherd) and a elderly, blind cat. We started with a much needed full service, deep cleaning. We were sold. We now have Stephanie and her team coming every other week. We could not survive without them, nor do we want too. They are thorough, trustworthy, always on time, caring and careful, and always accomplish an excellent cleaning job in spite of the dog hair and occasional kitty litter. Betty and Len O'Connor

The maids called and asked if they could come early because they were ahead of schedule. I had 2 maids come, theydid a walk through with me to see what I felt were the areas they needed to focus on. They went straight to cleaning, were very polite and professional. I asked a couple of questions and they took the time to answer them and show me the products they were using. During this tumultuous time they even explained that they disinfected every surface in my house! That is great piece of mind these days! After they were done, they walked me through to make sure I was absolutely satisfied. If that’s not service, I don’t know what is!!

Stephanie and Aliah did a move-out clean for us this week. The process of working with them was awesome from the first contact form/call with Jennifer. She was responsive and helpful with scheduling and confirming. Nicole arrived promptly to do an in-person quote, which is helpful in gauging cost up front and worked with us to get the best deal based on our needs. Stephanie and Aliah texted when they were on their way, arrived on time, and did a remarkable job. The house looks better than before we moved in. From cleaning the washing machine and dryer, to all cabinets, to even vacuuming and mopping their way out the door-literally. They were professional, kind, and worked hard. Aliah even found and returned our cat’s toy. I would without hesitation use and recommend them again! Thank you!!!

Otherwise I could not have fit the bill for a maid service at my time in need! Just finished up the last round of Radiation treatments a couple days ago. We had You’ve Got Maids come to our house for a deep cleaning today and they did an EXCELLENT job. Everything and I mean everything! was spotless. It seriously looked like a brand new house when they were done. If we could give them more than 5 stars we would. They also explained everything they did and were very professional. We would highly recommend them if you’re looking for the best in home cleaning services.

Zondra and the team are great! We have enjoyed working with them. Our home is very eclectic, and we are very particular, but the team always does their best to have our home as we like. Very punctual, and stay in touch with you regarding any issues. I would definitely recommend.
