Friendly, warm, and caring staff. We were referred to Dr. Jacobs for second opinion by our primary care physician.

After 7 months of agonizing nerve pain, we received a correct diagnosis and an effective treatment plan by Dr. Jacob.

So pleased that the foot will finally heal before taking our dream vacation!

from the first greet walking into the door to the very end. everyone was amazing from Mrs. Ceciliadoing my x-rays to Dr. Jared Ship(who I believe is a fill in time to time) doing my shots, they were all great. Highly recommend this place!

Dr. Jacobs did a bunionectomy nearly 20 years ago on my left big toe. This time I just needed him to shave off a callous on my right toe. He was very gentle and thorough. He provided some cushioning material for both big toes. They also took X-Rays of both feet. They accepted my Medicare. The front desk ladies were friendly and very competent. The physician assistant who reviewed my symptoms and did the X-Rays was nice and professional as well. The office was new, and was spacious, clean and very comfortable.
