This is my second visit here seeing Dr Sandoval - first was my daughter and now myself. The staff here is friendly, attentive, and Dr Sandoval takes her time to explain what is going on, shows concern, and even brings out her visuals!
Highly recommend this office as you don’t see this kind of customer service much these days.

Dr. Jacobs has been a beacon of light on correcting both of my feet. Dr. Jacobs takes the time to explain everything with you and gives you options for treatment. Everything from the staff to his office is A+.

Dr. Jacobs is the best. I’ve been coming here for years and have had multiple toe nail procedures done and he is very thorough at explaining the procedure every time and makes you feel comfortable and as relaxed as possible. Wonderful service overall!

From the very friendly staff to the very thorough service to understand and help me with my feet problems. They took x-rays, the doctor then explained to me what my issue was and then took measurements to make me custom inserts. I was very happy with my visit here, can’t wait to get the I seers done!

My wife rolled her ankle last night and we needed to get it checked out to confirm a sprain or break. We called the Katy office and got an appointment the same day where they xray’ed and confirmed she had broken a bone. Dr Shan’s did a great job explaining the options and recommendation for treatment. Aside from the broken bone - we are very happy about the visit and would recommend to others.
