I scheduled an 11th month inspection on a Wednesday online for that Saturday. They confirmed within 5 minutes of scheduling and Robbie came out right on time. I wasn’t sure what to expect so I was very pleasantly surprised that Robbie took his time and was incredibly detailed in his findings. He showed us pictures, explained what he felt where big concerns and what wasn’t and sent us a very detailed report within a few hours on a Saturday evening. He was very professional and helpful. Thank you for all your hard work, Robbie! I’ll definitely be recommending you all to anyone I know who needs an inspection.

They were recommended by our realtor and it’s been a great experience. I talked to James first and he was very professional and stepped up to coordinate everything for our inspection so I didn’t have to be the one making multiple calls and coordinating. He did a thorough job and explained things to my husband well.

Afterwards, our report had issues opening due to a database error and they worked very promptly to fix it for us. Rebekah, in their office, is super sweet and efficient!!
