We have a new home build and decided to get an inspection due to our 1 yr warranty coming to an end soon. Our inspectors Ruben Flores and Robbie Spencer were great! They gave us a great breakdown of the items we needed to get fixed. I appreciated them being detailed in their report and patient with our questions. Customer service to schedule an inspection as well as answering questions for pricing were great. We were going to use Fidelity at first since we used them the last time, but it took 4 calls and three messages for them to finally get back to me. Your Time Inspections was very easy to work with. Happy with the service.

James with Your Time home inspections was very professional and helpful! Not only did he walk us through all of the findings from his inspection, he talked to us in depth about what was a big concern and what was just minor upkeep! We received a 45ish page report with findings, photographs, and a color coded system. Their inspections also come with a lot of added extras, and a Monster Free inspection card for kiddos(which my son thought was extra awesome!) Not only were they very professional, they were able to do our inspection extremely quickly. Highly recommend them! 10/10 would inspect with them again!

I received a 47 page report with pictures and a full descriptive paragraph of what was found, what it needs to be corrected, recommended work, detail of each picture, and the grade of concern/problem on a scale of Red, Orange, Yellow, Green. This was the absolute most complete, extensive, thorough, professional service. I would pay triple the cost to use this company! Just amazing! We canceled the offer on the first house we got an inspection on. it was a big FAIL! 6 days later we contracted for a different house and needed an inspection. Called them and they went in 48 hours! I would recommend this company and offer to pay for your inspection if they didn't do a job the way I described! That is how impressed I am with them! THANK YOU! MY FAMILY THANKS YOU! Marceau D
