I was very impressed with the thoroughness of Robbie's report and even more so by the quality of the report. The color coding was extremely helpful and the photo documentation was very well done and also very helpful. It was by far the best home inspection report I've ever seen. Your Time is definitely not inexpensive, but their work is definitely worth the money. I recommend them, and especially Robbie, without hesitation.

From the first phone call with Elvia the manager. I got nothing but professional customer service and great information. On the day of the inspection due to my son being sick, I couldn't show but Luis the inspector got there early, 2 hours before the appointment. Very Obvious he Took his time because he covered every corner and called me 3-4 hrs later still there finishing up. He found a lot of little, but important things, foundation, gas, electrical ,gutters and also little details as far as trimming on windows and my fence. I know that's obviously what I paid for, but I was amazed by the Great results and Luis being able to explain little things and emailed me all his work. Will recommend to family and friends in the market.

Luis showed up early, was extremely thorough, took time to answer all of our questions, and took the time to teach us about the purpose, proper maintenance, and repairs needed for different parts of the house. We had the full inspection report minutes after the inspection was done. It was a little hard to understand his English at times, but he repeated himself as many times as needed for us to understand what he was saying. All of the information was in the report anyways. He also gave us a home maintenance guide which will be very helpful. Highly recommend!

My realtor suggested the company and I made an appointment online and had a situation where I changed my mind and wanted to pay instantly so I called and Aiesha answered and advice a email would be sent approximately 5pm ish, the email was immediately sent however the document was not attached and I was a little nervous however the inspector was on the property on the date agreed and at the time agreed and I paid and then got my report on the day of the inspection.
