I arrived to the home inspection towards the end, and was politely greeted by Luis. He assessed my knowledge of the home inspection and it’s components by asking if this was my first home inspection. After learning I had no knowledge of home inspections, he thoroughly explained its components and main things he focuses on during the inspection. Luis continued by showing me problem areas he found and explaining how and why these areas were potential safety hazards to both my family and I. Luis was patient and had no issue backtracking to ensure I had the proper education and knowledge of issues at hand. At the end, Luis provided me with his business card and encouraged myself or my husband call him should we have any questions related to our inspection. Luis was very thorough and knowledgeable! Thank you for making this process so simple.
