I hire your time home inspections for two new construction houses. I did some research online to try to find a good inspector. As an architectural designer, I deeply know the importance of hiring a good and professional inspector. By reading some reviews and check their website, I decide to hire your time home inspections. They did a great job and we had another inspection report to compare to. The original buyers backed out but did get an inspection. I had Your Time do a follow up to see what had been repaired since the first inspection. Well, basically nothing was repaired by the sellers and Your Time was much more thorough than the first inspectors.
They identified other significant issues not found in the first inspection. They were great and even walked me through the report in the evening since I was out of town moving from Houston. Great experience.
