I've always struggled with my weight and being in pre-diabetic range off and on the past few years I knew I needed a longer term solution. I feel like I've tried a million things without much success over the years in terms of diet and exercise. Working with Matt and Younger Medical has been a great experience and I'm grateful for his attention to detail and looking at more than just a number on a scale to see what else might be contributing and what would work best for me.
