This is the first time I have used their services. From the first phone call they understood my immediate needs and had someone here within 2 hours to begin the assessment and drying process. I did not realize the amount of water they had to abate but after thinking about the fact that you have to dry from the bottom up, I better understood that this is a rather slow process and I had to be patient. They did a good job and totally saved my 2 year old bedroom carpet.
