Good product always provided. If damage applies during shipment provided LLH product package solid and not compromised use it!!

Otherwise if LLH packaging is perforated or compromised call LLH or email em and try to get a complete replacement.

Went by today for a $10 cup of Kava and wow it definitely helped me relax and decompress after a stressful week! I had planned on trying out Laughing Lion for a while now, now that they accept Debit/Credit I was excited to give them a go. Their customer service was top notch with an issue I had and were very understanding and helpful. The last company I used, their support was non existent and was a hassle to even contact. The product matched my expectations, went a bit beyond it as well. If your looking to try a new vendor I cannot recommend them enough!

A great company to work with.

I have been a Laughing Lion customer for 3+ years. Back when they were in the small warehouse in Monument. I recently took advantage of one of the Flash sales. I purchased 1 kilo of red maeng da and 2 RMK shots with 2 WOW mood shots for free as part of the Flash sale. I ordered online with pickup in the castle rock store.
When I went to the store to pick up my order there was a little confusion. no one at the store had record or knowledge of my order. They quickly got on the phone with the warehouse and we had it figured out in less than 10 minutes. the warehouse had missed marking the order for pickup. No problem.
The staff are always upbeat, helpful and very knowledgeable of all the products.
I recommend Laughing Lion as your Kratom source no matter where you are in the country.

Pros: I absolutely love this place. They have a great selection of kratom varieties and blends. They have a handful of non-kratom products that I enjoy, as well. The employees are always really friendly and personable. They have a points/discount system. Love that. Their hours are super convenient, too.

Cons: The only suggestion I have is to teach employees more about kratom in general. They're fairly knowledgeable, but a quick Google search usually tells me more than the employees do, when I have a question. Nothing against them, they're always great with customer service. Kinda wish I could work there!

Ive been ordering from here for years, their quality is amazing and it’s one of the few I trust. I use their kratom for pain management, I’ve hit a few issues ordering and with my points system but every time I’ve called they have been absolutely amazing I think I spoke with Nadia a few times now and she helped me resolve my issue and was the sweetest customer service person I think I’ve ever talked to. I highly recommend this place and I truly believe in their products and I’ve gotten a few of my friends and family to go through here and they all also have had good results as well. Highly Recommend Laughing Lions! I appreciate all they do. I’ve been a customer for around 4 years. They have respect for the environment with plans to go carbon neutral by 2023!
