This is HANDS DOWN the best quality Kratom and kava ON EARTH! Not to mention the store is beautiful and the staff are super knowledgeable and really friendly. I've been purchasing kratom online (from MI) for multiple years and have received top of the line customer service everytime. They even went out of their way to let me know I have a ton of points I can use towards future purchases! I've tried quite a few brands of kratom and theirs is by far the best quality 👌. UPDATE: With the Black Friday sale, and the transition to the new web site I had an issue placing an order in time. For the first time EVER patronizing them I reached out to customer service. Bear in mind the error was completely on me. Crystal immediately reached out and solved it. Amazing.

I have never had an issue with Laughing Lion. Always fast shipping, always received my orders, always quality. I know that if anything does go wrong (order lost) it will be resolved quickly. I have seen reviews complaining about shipping delays. PLEASE keep in mind that Laughing Lion doesn’t own usps, FedEx, etc and they have no control over delays in the courier systems.
