Wylander was the perfect recruiting company. I found their advertisement on indeed.com for the company I was interested in working for. The company description was very detailed and well directed. Wylander called me to do a phone interview and asked great questions. I had several questions to ask and they were wonderful with answering them in the initial phone interview. The Wylander staff were very honest to what they were looking for in a candidate for the company they were recruiting for. After my phone interview they sent me a link to do a video interview which I thought was very interesting and helped me prepare for my actual interview with the company. Wylander was excellent in keeping me posted during the interview process. After all my interviews were done, I made it a point to reach back out to Wylander to let them know how great they were. I felt as if they were working for me. They truly were looking for the perfect candidate for the company they were representing. If I ever am in need of hiring for The company I work for, I will reach out to Wylander. In the meantime..I will make sure our HR and upper management keeps using them:)
