I feel incredibly lucky to have met Heather. She originally leased her house to us and has offered her realty services if we were ever ready to buy a home. After we fell in love with the neighborhood we were renting in, she helped us find our dream home. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, and was always honest about her opinions about every house we viewed without being pushy about making a decision on which homes to make an offer on. We've learned so much from working with her. She is always quick to respond when we had questions. She held our hands through every process and was always 10 steps ahead throughout. She is also a wealth of resources for loan officers, contractors, and other services. She never promoted or was biased with any connections and always offered a list of well recommended resources for us to research and select on our own. We purchased our house during the stay-at-home-order and Heather helped us get to the closing while easing so much of our anxieties during this time. Heather is truly a hidden gem and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the Greater Austin area. I consider her a friend and the most qualified professional.
