Tyrell did an extremely thorough and worked hard, most of the time in the rain. It was a fairly big job but Tyrell did it all himself and checked in with me throughout the morning. The only thing I would like to ask in the future when scheduling, is that Wise Guys gives a range of either morning or afternoon. This is a good company and I will definitely use them again.

Spencer was great! He was kind and professional. He pressure washed the entire pool deck and all the furniture and it looks fantastic. Our poor pool loungers were turning yellow and this is what they look like now. We didn’t think we could get them cleaned so well but Spencer did. It’s quite impressive. I also love that Wise Guys coordinated with our pool company and took care of everything. An even nicer touch was that they sent us a text introducing us to Spencer before he came out. There was even a little bio.
All in all, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend them and we will use them again.

Marcus and Chris worked over 7 hours straight with no lunch nor break. The work they did was exceptional. Respectful of property and made sure that we were more than satisfied with what they had accomplished in meeting our needs. Highly recommend this company. The communication was constant and timely. Absolutely five star service today from Bentley Ellis, a relatively new employee at Wise Guys. Full disclosure, I had used Wise Guys last year and thought the person did a good job, but there were some issues and some required follow up on later visit. I was somewhat hesitant to use them again given the significant cost of our project. Still, I decided to give them a chance and I’m thrilled that I did. Bentley was here first thing in the morning and worked nonstop going above and beyond and making sure every area was perfect before leaving. Truly night and day difference between last year and this year. He explained how he was going to pay extra attention to some particularly mildewy areas double treating them to make sure not only were they clean at the end of the service, but would stay mildew free for as long as possible.
