Wirks Moving & Storage

Thank you Wirks Moving and Storage Company for supporting the move from Atlanta, GA to Edmond, OK. Having relocated long distance six times before, I knew the drill. However, I was unaware of the services Wirks Moving and Storage Company would be providing. Outstanding communication, respect, quick response, a team of employees working as one, fully supporting each other.
The phone system was easy to connect with a live person. The office staff – Kathryn, Brandy, Harley and Allision were friendly, helpful and kind. One week before the move I received a call from the office asking how the packing on my part was going, offering assistance if needed. Personalized service that I appreciated very much. Little things that do matter. On packing day the office staff provided information for our HOA that I had forgotten to provide. Last minute stress removed easily by Wirks office staff.
James set up a virtual walk through and provided a quote later that day. With any changes or questions, he quickly responded. What a pleasure working with James.
Nathalie and Sequoya arrived on packing day. What an awesome team! The most stressful day of the move became lighter. Every item was packed with care. Bud even stopped by to deliver needed book boxes. Once the boxes were packed and labeled, Nathalie and Sequoya stacked every box neatly in the different rooms, gathered all the trash and left the house looking so well organized. What a pleasure it was spending the day working together with them.
Keith, the driver and team leader, was so cool, calm and collected. Keith demonstrated strong leadership and organization skills. The team of movers……Jasmine, Tyron, Marcus, Sean, Carl entered the house like Santa’s elves. Each helping the other with lots of camaraderie and fun as they worked to get the job done.
Keith was right on time in Edmond, OK and was met by 4 employees of Alydia’s Moving Company. Robert, Lisa, Andrae and McCayla worked diligently in unloading the truck.
