I used Wirks twice just this year and the customer service was outstanding, efficient, effective and very professional. The movers carefully but quickly moved my things into my storage unit.

My parents had to assist me in my latest move. I was unable to physically help and I knew my mom and dad would have to have someone else do the heavy lifting. Larry and Jhamand to the rescue! Great experience on a moving day. They showed up in time and worked all day in the hot temps to make sure we had everything to our new place. Dino, Javier, and Jonathan, did an awesome job.

We moved from the Atlanta area to Northern Indiana. The crew took good care of our belongs and was prompt both on the packing and delivery and unpacking of our items.

So only one of the two guys showed up initially. It was an hour and a half before we were fully maned up. Stuff happens.
Fortunately it was Jesse Gray who did because he was awesome! He showed up right on suggested time, was super efficient, and a master Tetris artist getting all my stuff packed into my storage. I have always out worked all of my movers in the past but Jesse outworked me. He saved me from a rough moving day. If you are his boss reading this, then he needs a raise! If you are a customer who gets him then you are lucky!
Logan Brown was not suppose to be the second man but I appreciate him coming in on short notice to help when the other guy didn’t. He was great too and I really appreciate both their hard work and professionalism!

These guys were AWESOME! From the get-go, they called to let me know they were on their way, and when they arrived ON TIME they were all considerate, polite, and ready to get the job done! Sean was the ringleader and he was VERY organized and loaded that truck like a game of Tetris! Herman almost single-handedly moved all of the stuff from our basement - I called him “silent but deadly” - in a GOOD way! Brandon was the disassembly and reassembly guy - and everything was reassembled at the new house flawlessly! Richard saw every massive piece as a personal challenge - and nailed every one of them! Billy has clearly never met a stranger and RAN up the stairs every time - All. Day. Long. - the Energizer Bunny for sure! And Matt was clearly EVERYBODY’s right-hand man - when there was assistance needed, everyone called out for Matt! This crew worked together seamlessly, were...
