Wirks Moving & Storage

In July 2025, Wirks moved all of our stuff from Florida to their climate controlled storage facility in Northwest Atlanta. After we found our new house in the North Georgia Mountains in October 2025, Wirks moved all of our stuff from storage to our new home. The Wirks team arrived on time and went right to work. They were very careful, helpful and courteous. We highly recommend Wirks Moving & Storage for local or long distance moves.

The movers that we had from Wirks today were quick, careful, professional & so friendly! We will recommend them to everyone! Will definitely use them again if needed!

From booking to communicating the day of my move and finally the dreaded part of actually moving, Wirks made the entire process so much easier than I ever imagined. Elvi and Bryan were extremely efficient with loading and unloading, and I greatly appreciate their help in reassembling the furniture. They took great care in handling my belongings and also took the time to make sure they put the furniture and boxes in the right places. I moved on Saturday morning and by that evening I was 90% unpacked in my new space. It was nice being able to relax on Sunday after such a big process. I could not have had a better experience. Well worth the money!

This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a company. I was in a panic over a very large statue that I had ordered all the way from India. I paid thousands of dollars for it; it is extremely fragile and delicate and needed to be handled with the utmost care and attention with no mistakes whatsoever. After not being able to find anyone to help me, I found Wirks Moving and Storage and reached out to them hesitantly, preparing myself for a “no.” My statue was delivered by FedEx at my old house, and it was in a huge metal crate sitting on top of a wooden pallet with wheels. As soon as I told Wirks this, I held my breath to hear a “I’m sorry, that isn’t something we can do for you.” But instead… they told me that they can in fact help me. Wirk’s crew were the best movers we have ever worked with. They were efficient, thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable about how to pack up a five bedroom house in around eight hours. We couldn’t be happier and looking forward to the crew helping us set up our new home, as well.

This is the third time we have used Wirks moving and storage, three moves in 14 years. We are in the middle of one move right now while my stuff is in storage. They have always been very professional communication is excellent. The workers that show up to move your things are efficient, polite, and hard-working. We didn’t even get quotes from other companies on this third move because we knew this was the Company we want to go with. From the sales person to dispatch to the driver and the movers on the crew, everything was exceptional.

Wirks! Was awesome from start to finish! I appreciated their upfront, realistic cost estimate instead of a cheap bait and switch like other companies!
