Wirks Moving & Storage

This was our second move with Wirks. We were downsizing to an apartment and moving our son to his own apartment. The process was extremely well managed. It began with Steve coming to the house, looking at what needed to be moved and explaining how things would work. Next we got a detail estimate for both moves. The first move was very smooth. We had two Matts do the move they were very pleasant, strong and experienced. Our son was not so well organized but Lawrence, Kevin and JP where very positive and made it happen. The move in was up 38 step but they still completed the job in 3 hours. Both moves came in right on the estimate. Overall terrific job from start to finish.

Keith and Phillip did an outstanding job with my move. They were courteous, careful, and on time. This is my third move with Wirks and I would certainly recommend using them for your moving needs.

Wirks has made moving as pleasant, efficient, and easy as it could possibly be. Two men took many possessions to our daughter, and a week later four men moved us to our new home. Each team member was able proficient, friendly, and took great care with our belongings. Again, each team member worked diligently throughout 6 1/2 hours to settle us. I have already recommended the two Matts and two Brians to friends and realtors. The office support staff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. This is by far the best move we’ve ever made and I am happy to give Wirks a five-star rating.

I don’t have adequate words for the team at Wirks...from first call, to quote, to confirmation to the outstanding job they did physically moving my family of 5...I have nothing but amazing things to say. They made this transition so stress free and wonderful. I never could imagine me using “wonderful” and “move” in the same sentence...but Wirks made me do it � Keith, our team lead, Corbin, Josh and Bryan were all so kind and patient and thorough...they never grumbled and they truly went the extra mile with each of our items taking the utmost care. Not a single damage occurred!!! Not a single scuff...they disassembled and reassembled every piece of furniture perfectly... they set each room up to our liking and they made sure every single item was placed where we wanted it. Who does that?! Wirks does!!! Thanks Wirks! If I ever move again, I won’t even hesitate to call on y’all...don’t...

Wirks movers did a fabulous job of getting us moved to our down-sized townhome with three flights of stairs. They were so careful and courteous the whole day ! Thank you for making a crazy day go so smoothly.

My Wirks experience started when Britta came by and walked through my home to work up the quote for us. She was thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable! She followed up quickly, and even followed up post-move! During my move, I had the most efficient group of gentleman move me from home to home! Keith, Dominic, Brian, Nick, & Brandon were all friendly, hard working, and worked well as a team! I don’t know how they got it all into that truck as quickly as they did, but it was impressive! Everything was wrapped and packed so well! I will definitely recommend Wirks after the wonderful experience I had! :)

Great service. Terrable hard rainy day but the men were there promptly on time. They immediately went to work taking special care in wrapping and protecting furniture. Both Keith and Dominic worked great as a team moving large pieces with zero damage.

We were very pleased with our experience with Wirks! The moving crew - Keith, Brandon, Dominic and Brian were outstanding. They arrived on time and were professional and polite. The move itself didn’t take as long as we anticipated and everything arrived safe and sound with no damages. They were very efficient and neat in placing our furniture in our new home. We would highly recommend Wirks Moving and Storage and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. They definitely took a lot of stress out of our moving day.

Jay and Trent were highly personable yet focused. All of my property made it from one residence to the next in the same condition it was in when they showed up. Their relaxed professional demeanor gave me confidence to just let them handle things while I tidied up. This is a great local business and it was a pleasure working with them from the initial call and scheduling to the actual move day. The guys showed up on time with a clean truck and warm smiles. GREAT movers! So professional, so courteous and personable. All fragile or breakable things packed expertly. Nothing broken. Everything tagged. Nothing missing. A dream to work with. I just wish I had more stuff to move😊They should be the first and only movers you should call.

I got quotes from two big-name companies and from a company that sent me a flyer in the mail (Wirk’s). I had the most confidence in the bid from Britta at Wirk’s. There were no hidden fees in the fine print. It came in under the other two by 25%. I chose Wirk’s and it was by far the best decision. The crew called to let me know when they would arrive. They were so confident and nice. There was none of the “oh woe is me, this is worse than we expected”. Instead they said “no problem, we’ve got this”. We had our main house, a carriage house and a storage unit.” They carefully wrapped the furniture, Art, lamps, etc. They were very efficient, parking one truck by the garage and the other by the front door. They split into two...
