Wirks Moving & Storage

Wirks recently moved my family from Atlanta to Charleston. It was a BIG move consisting of a 6-bedroom house with lots of furniture. Their team’s efforts were amazing from start to finish.

Jim B. and Jack worked from Wirk’s main office to coordinate and conduct on-site estimates for my moving inventory during the planning stages. Both were professional, pleasant and extremely helpful in providing their seasoned expertise in recommending what to self-pack vs. have Wirks handle to keep the move as economical and efficient as possible. Their efforts enabled me to have confidence in the binding estimate I was provided and keep everything on budget. They were also very flexible when my move date had to shift out a week.

My actual move with Wirks progressed like a well-oiled machine over a 4-day window - with two days of careful disassembly, padding and loading...

This was by far the easiest and most stress free move we have ever made. Getting booked and scheduled was easy thanks to the great office staff, Staffonie and Kelly. Lawrence, Robert, Nick, Dominic, and Brandon were right on time. They were very personable, arriving with smiles on their faces. They worked non stop- happy to do whatever I needed. They actually finished the job earlier than expected and left as happy and smiling as when they arrived. We could not have been happier with how the day went. Thank you!

I would highly recommend using this moving service. Kelly was super helpful in booking my move date and giving me a quote in the move. The quote was pretty close to what the move cost us.
Tim, Louis, and Fernerro showed up on time and were friendly, courteous, and expedient with the move. Overall a fantastic experience.

Wirks truly offers a STRESS FREE move! They impressed us on so many levels during our recent move. They were on time every day, communicated with us every step of the way, and handled our items with such care. There was not a bit of damage to any of our belongings. We worked with Kieth, Mark, Brian, Wayne, Daniel, and Anthony, and we would recommend each and every one of them. They were so respectful, and we seriously cannot sing their praises enough.

Wirks packed up my house for storage to go to their facility. The movers did a great job and handled everything carefully. They were very friendly and professional. My wonderful movers were Tim, Wayne, Brandon, Nick, Chuck, Vincent and Lee. Jack, Jim and Staffonie were also great in the planning of the move. The pricing was good and reasonable. Randy, Randy and Paul did a fabulous job loading my office in Atlanta. Then Randy and Paul headed to Jacksonville to deliver our office furniture bright and early the next morning. Again unloading in Jacksonville another fabulous job.

We used Wirks twice in last few days..once to move into temporary housing, and then to move things into storage. It was a great experience. The guys were on time, even early, polite, friendly, hardworking, and quick! I was impressed by how fast they got us moved. The office was easy to work with as well. Overall a great experience. Lawrence, Craig, Stephen, Tae, Kevin and Paul all did a great job. Would definitely recommend Wirks for your moving needs.

If you've never had a mover pack for you, I highly recommend. Its worth every penny. I just completed what I hope is my last move for a long time and always they were on time, professional, efficient, and packed & moved my things with care. Lawrence, Nick, Craig, and Q were a great crew. If you hate moving use Wirks and you will hate it a lot less!
