Very professional from first contact. They followed up multiple times before the move to confirm all the details. They showed up on time on the moving day and did a great job taking apart and wrapping furniture. They unloaded and setup everything so well at the new place too! From arrival to departure it took only 5 hours to move our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment (which included some wonky spiral stairs to navigate). The binded rate was great too. We knew exactly what we were paying no matter what, even if it took longer or required more man power than they estimated. All the movers were professional and courteous.

Wirks was fast, efficient and flexible. They moved all of our furniture locally and moved a piano as well. Highly recommend.

Something we had dreaded turned out to be the best experience: a long distance move. Wirks Moving and Storage made this the easiest step in our journey to down size and move to another state. We did our research and interviewed three companies. All prices were similar, but the gentleman, Jack Aerbach from Wirks was the most professional and knowledgeable. So we chose Wirks. Alicia, Steven and Tim packed our items. Friendly, attention to task and efficient were attributes they all had. End result being nothing was broken or lost. Tim both packed and loaded, Michael and Paul loaded an unloaded, Joe, Q and Santos loaded, Dom and Martin unloaded. Great care was taken. Floors and walls were not scratched at either location. Teamwork at it’s best.

All the CDC guidelines were followed to the letter. On the moving day, the leader of the 2 person team showed his professionalism and experience by making sure we understand the process thoroughly. Both men worked extremely hard and made it fun, if that's possible. A 5 Star Rating because Wirks made it easy, the cost was less than the others (we compared 4 other movers) and there was no bait and switch on anything. Thanks.

If I could give 10 stars I would - I am SO appreciative of this moving company for helping my family and me during a family emergency. Within 24 hours, we pulled off booking the move for the next day + executing an apartment-to-apartment move within Midtown Atlanta. Our movers Rudy & Josh were efficient + fast + kind and had the job done within 2.5 hours. I previously used Big League Movers for multiple moves in Atlanta back in 2014/2015, and this company 'Wirks' took over once Big League relocated back to Nashville. I feel as though they provided the same top quality of service I received with Big League and would recommend them to anyone seeking movers in the metro Atlanta area. The only thing I will note is that their moving truck was 13 feet and one of our apartments only had 12 feet of loading dock area, meaning we had to double park on our street for the move. Our out of state move was made so much easier because of wirks and their crew. They were on time and did not waste time. They started working the minute they arrived and did not stop until the truck was loaded. Same thing on the delivery. Michael, Q and Paul work as a team and got the job done. Michael was our driver and lead on our move. It was a tight schedule, but he and the team made it a flawless move. Exactly what you want in a situation that can already be stressful. They couldn’t have been more professional. Kudos to a well run, customer focused company.

Only had to postpone our big move with Wirks, we had to ask them to complete this move of mainly boxes into storage in order to get our house back on the market. First Michael Needham professionally heard our sad story and secured a new day right away for the move; the two movers themselves, David and Tae, were remarkably strong, agile, and friendly. They arrived on time, placed down floor runners to protect the floors, ate my offering of bagels while working, and proceeded to work their hearts out in dense humidity. Five stars everyone! Now we just need a buyer and we will use Wirks again soon for the furniture and two storage rooms! Highly recommend!
