Wirks Moving & Storage

Our experience with Wirks from the start (sales) through scheduling and the actual move itself went so smoothly! It exceeded our expectations. Our representative, Michael, was extremely professional and answered several followup questions as we were making our decision after talking with three companies. Our movers, Mark, Brian and Q, were right on time and were very efficient yet careful with our furniture and house. At our new house, they were equally as careful moving things in. At one point, Mark, the team leader, was not able to locate the hardware for our kitchen table. We all thought that we had inadvertently left it at our other house. After he left he called us stating that he had located the hardware and was on his way to put the kitchen table together for us, which he did. We appreciated the customer service, and we would absolutely recommend the Wirks team.

Brandon and his crew of 4 arrived on time and immediately got to work. All of our stuff was going into storage (2 separate units) which my wife had color coded for each unit. The covered all the very important items with blankets and covered upholstered items in plastic. The most amazing part was how well they were able to get everything in the units. I remarked to Brandon that he must be very good at puzzles as I could have never placed the items in storage as efficiently as he did. Thanks for the good work!

The gentleman that quoted our move was incredibly professional and very helpful. Even when our move date had to be changed, Michael and the Wirks team were very accommodating and understanding. Everything worked out great.

On move day, the team was very, very good. They showed up on time and were on task from the minute they pulled up. Everything was loaded and unloaded with great care and they even were able to get our recliner back in its original shape after I had broken it a couple weeks prior to their arrival. Extremely excellent work and I will definitely recommend Wirks Moving to anyone in the area.

The pricing was extremely fair and I would gladly use this company again, if I ever have to move in the future.

Joe and Martin came early which was a pleasant surprise! They were prompt, efficient, polite, respectful and very friendly! They handled my 83 year old Mother's antique furniture as if they were their own grandmother's. So grateful for Wirks! From my initial phone call with Sue, to Britta who did the walk through estimate, to the best movers, Joe and Martin, to Allison for the follow up and billing. From start to finish, Wirks knocked it out of the park! Highly recommended and will definitely be using again if we find ourselves moving again! Thank you for a flawless experience!

Very professional from first contact. They followed up multiple times before the move to confirm all the details. They showed up on time on the moving day and did a great job taking apart and wrapping furniture. They unloaded and setup everything so well at the new place too! From arrival to departure it took only 5 hours to move our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment (which included some wonky spiral stairs to navigate). The binded rate was great too. We knew exactly what we were paying no matter what, even if it took longer or required more man power than they estimated. All the movers were professional and courteous.

Something we had dreaded turned out to be the best experience: a long distance move. Wirks Moving and Storage made this the easiest step in our journey to down size and move to another state. We did our research and interviewed three companies. All prices were similar, but the gentleman, Jack Aerbach from Wirks was the most professional and knowledgeable. So we chose Wirks. Alicia, Steven and Tim packed our items. Friendly, attention to task and efficient were attributes they all had. End result being nothing was broken or lost. Tim both packed and loaded, Michael and Paul loaded an unloaded, Joe, Q and Santos loaded, Dom and Martin unloaded. Great care was taken. Floors and walls were not scratched at either location. Teamwork at it’s best.

Both men worked extremely hard and made it fun, if that's possible. A 5 Star Rating because Wirks made it easy, the cost was less than the others (we compared 4 other movers) and there was no bait and switch on anything. Thanks.
