Wirks Moving & Storage

The crew of six shoulder to move us from three-story house to a three-story townhome. All told, it was a lot of steps and a lot of stuff. Our crew, which included Jose, Wilbur, Miguel, Martin, Michael, and Rigo, was excellent in every way. They were careful, courteous, hard-working, funny, organized, and friendly. Their good spirits actually made moving day fun. No negative comments there. The only problems I had were with the office--duplicate paperwork, messages lost, etc. This made me a bit nervous before the move, but the day of the move, anything was great. Mostly, I just am happy at how they treated or possessions. I will use them again.

The movers were at the storage area to unload our furniture early. As soon as they got started, they were quick and efficient. They took care of our furniture and our home throughout the move. The movers themselves, Michael, Lawrence, and Rudy were friendly and polite.

Everyone we worked with - Jack for our quote, Britta for our contract, Danielle for packing, and Mark and his team for loading/moving - were prompt, professional, and careful. We’ve never used packers before, and it was well worth the investment. I’ll be recommending them to everyone we know!

Michael and his team was incredibly EXCEPTIONAL. They not only was punctual, but they were very conducted themselves in an efficient manner. The gentleman provided wonderful customer service, but more importantly they handled my property with care. Having used various moving companies over time, I am very much satisfied with Michael. I highly recommend him and his team, they’re truly AMAZING!!

We had a great experience with WIRKS! From the first appointment for our quote with Britta (who was professional, responsive and knowledgeable) to the day of the move ... everything went smoothly! The truck and team arrived promptly on time at 8:30 am. We started out with a large truck and as we got nearer to finishing up the load they realized they needed another smaller truck. It arrived in a short time thereafter and was packed up by the time we were ready to leave. The team of Rob, Tay, Rudy, Jefferson, Candelerio, and Dave were professional, respectful, friendly, flexible and had positive outstanding “can do” attitudes; they were excellent to work with. We have basements in both houses and the guys were positive and fast to carry everything where it needed to be. We couldn’t have been happier with this move and so glad we chose WIRKS. Brian Phillips, David Conkerite and Tim Floyd were our crew and they were amazing. They make moving look super easy and even fun. Our coordinator Britta Mills was wonderful as well. She took all the pressure off of me from a packing and organization perspective.

I was extremely impressed with the Wirks team! Britta came out and did an amazing job when she walked through the house and gave me a quote. Keith, Steve and Martin were absolutely wonderful and caring with the move! They were timely and made sure everything was wrapped and placed neatly in the truck! Thank you guys!!

I called Wirks moving at the last minute to move because my previous movers were unable to show. They were able to accommodate me quickly. Rob, Candelario, Nelson, and John showed up on time and were extremely careful with all my stuff. They worked quickly and efficiently and my move was done better and quicker than I had planned.
