This year was my first time using William Costley's tax preparation services. Our initial consultation went well, work was done promptly in the time-frame promised, and well organized documentation was provided when the task was complete. It was a positive, stress-free experience start to finish.

I called Mr. Costley at the recommendation of my brother-in-law after our last CPA retired just before 2023 tax season. After speaking over the phone with Mr. Costley, he quickly sent me credentials for his secure web client services. Within 2 weeks all of my information was uploaded and by early March our tax return was complete. In a time when so many companies want to slowly onboard new customers due to whatever lame reason, Mr. Costley proved he wasn't part of that norm. I highly recommend his services and appreciate his constant communication until task was complete.
