I called Mr. Costley at the recommendation of my brother-in-law after our last CPA retired just before 2023 tax season. After speaking over the phone with Mr. Costley, he quickly sent me credentials for his secure web client services. Within 2 weeks all of my information was uploaded and by early March our tax return was complete.
