Mr. Costley immediately made me feel comfortable and not embarassed when I was a few minutes late for my appointment because I got lost. I somehow missed the fact that the office was in the clubhouse of the golf course. This was my initial appointment and I wanted to have everything ready and in order for him. I am newly widowed and filing my taxes this year was certainly different. Documents that I received in past years took on a different appearance, causing me to be confused. Not once did he treat me as if I was not able to grasp my "new normal" and more than willing to answer any and all questions. His assistant, Ms. Micah Collins, was very personable, kind and helpful.
