I came to Nicole with an old trust someone else had put together, that I thought I just needed an amendment for. She let me know the flaws in the original trust and suggested a complete restatement of the trust. I agreed and now have a trust that I feel is much better written and appropriate for my particular situation. Although I already had a trust there was still so much I didn't understand about the legal language. Nicole answered all my questions, even when I asked them over again for clarification.
Properly putting together a trust is not an easy thing and there are so many details that only a trust lawyer would know about including. I feel she did an excellent job restating my trust and I feel I now have a good understanding of it. And if I still have a question - I just need to ask her.
