White Lilac Cleaning

Misty and Cathy did a great on the “ top to bottom” cleaning. Our home gets a lot of dust from the many gravel roads in the valley, they were helpful in eliminating the dust accumulation. I don’t feel they are allotted enough time to complete the top to bottom $450+ for a “3 bedroom 2 bathroom living room kitchen and dining room job”
I felt like they were rushed and I ended up paying more in the end to help them finish the task at hand as they could not go over the time without out my approval to pay more. Which I believe is how my Tiffany lamp got knocked off the table and broken. It was an honest mistake with the gals rushing to get finished within the time allowed. And believe me, these gals didn’t take a water or a pee break.
Pictures of the lamp were taken as a claim for the main office, as I said, it was an honest accident, and probably would not have happened if enough time was allotted.
It is my hope the owner of the company will replace the top of my lamp and possibly think about allotting more time on the “top to bottom” cleaning at $450+
The gals arrived at 1:15pm and the owner sent me the picture of the broken lamp at 5:05pm.
