I have used What Mess cleaning services several times to clean both carpets and tiles. On every occasion I have found them professional, on time and friendly. Every job was amazing. Recommend them 100%.

If I could give 6 stars I would.
We had a pet urine stain that needed removal from wool carpet.
Their communication is excellent. Txt confirmation and reminders, as well as a courtesy txt 10mins before arrival. They give you an exact time and stick to it.
Efficient and professional, and the result is AMAZING. Not only did the pet stain get removed, but also another very obvious stain left from the previous owner (they'd covered it with a rug - and that stain was over a year old). The carpet looks brand new.

Rang and spoke with a lady who was polite, friendly, and professional. Was able to assist me with a time to complete the job within 2 days.

I needed 2 x 4 seater couches cleaned and the floor mat.

Very happy with the job and very happy how thorough the job was completed.
They were not happy unless all stains removed from the arms of the couches and left my house the same way it was at the start of the job.

Can not thank them enough for their amazing work.

I got a full grout and carpet clean though my rental property. And What an amazing difference. This man is a magician. The carpets were my biggest worry once I walked in and saw them. I was over the moon. The grout and tiles came up amazing also. His work made my day and after the terrible weekend fixing up the tenants mess. He finished it off amazing.
Considering some of the stains and marks left by the tenants. To what the carpets look like now. I was gob smacked

The person came on time and was very friendly. The carpets looks so clean, smell so fresh and were dry in a couple of hours. I am glad I booked them. Will rebook them for next steam cleaning.
