The questions I asked the management beforehand to check their modus operandi, and some technical details were answered openly and undefensively.

Highly recommended!! My usual go-to was busy for weeks, so I thought I'd give these guys a go. Got me in the next day. I initially booked for 3 rooms but ended up wanting 4 and a lounge area, and it wasn't a problem. We had a problem with a light coloured carpet, and Nirmal gave it everything he had to get it looking its best. Above and beyond, in my opinion. Super friendly as well. Loved the email and text updating us as well to the arrival time. Thanks so much for the great service.
