I was living from shot to shot in my back from a pain clinic just to be able to have a normal standard of life. You know, like being able to walk without pain, ride my bike without pain. Sometimes I hurt so much, I would just lay in my bed with a heating pad. It started affecting my interest in doing anything that required any effort on my part. I was affected not only physically but emotionally. I received my stem cell shot for facet joints deterioration and felt relief so quickly even I was surprised. I was told it takes several months before you feel the effects. My relief was weeks. I am able to exercise again (never thought I would miss that LOL)! I can walk the trail at cooper creek again.
