I really enjoy attending the New Moon & Full Moon Yoga Workshops and have been to several now. My first yoga experience was with Kundalini Yoga through Sarah Kathleen. I hadn't and haven't tried any other Yoga yet and I had no idea how much I'd enjoy it! I look forward to more workshops and exploring some of the other services offered here.
