This was a life changing experience and one of best decisions I have taken. I have lost 30lbs and feel really really great. My cardio has improved and feel like I can breath again. I went down multiple belt sizes. This program has exceeded all my expectations. My results have inspired my friends and family. Dr. Puja is great and guided me all the way through.
