Well Centered Wellness

Puja is an amazing doctor and person. She treats me with compassion, intuition and strength. Her smile and spirit are infectious and I can always be honest without judgment. She is skilled as a practitioner and always eager to learn to support her patients better.

I cannot explain how Dr. Puja's technologies work, but, once I tried them, I'm unwilling to be without them. We have been working together for about six months when I inquired if she would be my Primary Care Physician, paid by me, not by Medicare. Which means I want to see Dr. Puja, my DC, first, before my MD, not the other way around. This is saying a lot. This office has the best feel to it, I just don't really want to leave. Clinic director, Mr. John Peters is a peach!

This program was awesome!! I have tried diet plans and shakes and pills. My weight went up and down. I finally realized unless I changed my eating habits nothing would be permanent! I found Well-Centered. Dr Puja has been wonderful! She taught me how and what to eat. Answered any questions anytime I asked. Encouraged me when I needed it. The one on one attention is what I needed for motivation and to stick to a plan. I lost 15 lbs and 15 inches total. It is the only plan that I have seen that I could eat foods that I liked because I am a picky eater. The program has helped my self-confidence. I know I can continue to eat healthier. I am wearing clothes I haven't worn in years and gladly had to buy some new ones. About 6 months ago I was having serious pain issues and various other things going on that I did not know the cause. Her overall health knowledge is amazing, she's up to date on new developments and technologies, but she's also not afraid to go back to good old fashioned common sense, too. And she is a truly sweet and caring human being. She's moved a few times over that decade and I now drive over half an hour just to continue to see her, yet she's always very understanding and accomodating if schedule changes are needed.

What I love most about Dr. Puja is that no adjustment is ever the same. She customizes each appointment to what her clients needs are which sets her apart from any other chiropractors who give generic adjustments. Dr. Puja also imparts her nutritional knowledge during the adjustments, which helps a client feel like they are getting their moneys worth and a whole lot more.
