Shane was amazing! He helped us purchase our home, and then about a year later we needed to sell. In both instances he was available from start to finish. If I ever need to purchase a home in the area again, Shane Corbin will be one of the first people I call.

I needed to sell my Aunt's home as it was time for her to move to assisted living. Shane Corbin has been a family friend for a long time so I reached out to him when I was in town. I explained to him we may need him to help with various things since I live 11 hours away. He was more than happy to go above and beyond to help make the sale happen. We agreed on a competitive price listing and signed papers. Shane went and cleaned the house after the estate sale so we could get pictures quickly. The house went under contract in a day and we closed within the month. He even took my Aunt to closing since she can't drive. We went with Miranda Quick for our first home purchase because she is a friend from high school, but now we know she will always be our realtor because of how good she is at what she does. Miranda is a great communicator (despite us being 7 hours removed from the central time zone where she is!), extremely knowledgeable, a hard worker, and more. We had a few unique circumstances that made us as home buyers a little non-traditional yet she got us the answers we needed and made it happen.
