We had our driveway and back patio removed, and then replaced. Overall the work was done well and (mostly) on time. We're quite happy with the finished product!

The reason this is 4 stars and not 5 is due to communication mishaps. Some are my fault (this is the first time I've managed a project like this) but some should have been handled better by the company. During demolition an extra 6' of sidewalk was removed in the side yard, which left us with an awkward strip of half-broken old sidewalk instead of a clean line. During forming we provided drawings which the folks on site proceeded to frame out. After framing was completed, we were asked to approve a change order which more than doubled the original estimate. We wound up negotiating a reasonable compromise, but the change order should have been sent before the work was started, which would have let us find a compromise before work/time was committed.
