I just had to share something that happened recently. You know how I've been wrestling with those massive tree roots messing up my yard and that super annoying drainage situation? Well, I finally reached out to "We Love Paving," and honestly, they were lifesavers!

I explained all the headaches I was dealing with, and they just *got* it. They swooped in and totally transformed my outdoor space. They didn't just fix the issues; they completely sorted out those tricky tree roots, tackled the drainage problem head-on, and then, get this – they laid down a fantastic, spacious new driveway, all in a single day! It was absolutely incredible how efficient and skilled they were.

We love Paving came and completed the work as described in their scope. We had punch items to get completed and they came back in a timely fashion and completed the work.

We Love Paving regraded, recompacted and added crushed rock to our existing road (about 20,000 SF) to upgrade it as a fire access road. The project team was responsive from the time of proposal, to scheduling and then completion. The staff we worked with were professional and responsible. They even worked with my geotechnical engineer to test the new road with a loaded truck. At the end of the project everything was cleaned up. The new road is such an improvement over the old one. I would definitely recommend We Love Paving.

We appreciated the prompt responses from We Love Paving regarding issues that emerged over the duration of the project. Several tenants expressed their concerns regarding minor damage to their storefronts, scheduling of construction activities and restoration of finishes and site improvements. In each case, We Love Paving responded within a day, often on the same day when each of these issues was reported to us. We also appreciated their experience, reflected in the quality of the new concrete flatwork, of which tthere was over 10,000 square feet placed and finished.

Great service and excellent workmanship.

Great experience from start to finish. These guys know their ADA rules and regulations and will give you a comprehensive plan to address them all without cutting corners. Their work is clean and I would highly recommend them for ADA or any paving work in general.

Did for me, I had them do concrete cement on my back yard and I was very satisfied with their job, they are very professional, on time and courteous, fair price for all the labor they do. We Love Paving did all what they agreed to do to remove old asphalt, build a concrete gutter, and apply new asphalt and top coat. All these were great and they exceeded my expectations.
Where I was dissapointed was with the paking striping with white paint. They just did it and did not do it right nor informed me what day they would do it: 1- did not coodinate with me so I in turn would have tenants move their vehicles, 2- told me the came to finish whenever they would have a time slot to do it, and 3- painted the white sriping in the wrong areas. 4- did not offer to correct. So now my new asphalt has black painted marks to cover the wrong striping and does not look nice.
If you hire them, do so for the asphalt, grading portion of your project. Hire professionals to do the white parking stiping.
