We Do Locksmith

At this point if I could take the 1 star away I would. I needed a new key fob last Saturday the 13th I was in Jacksonville we went to the zoo I had a bunch of kids with me it was pouring down rain my key fob got broken I was enable unable to start my car I called them they were pretty quick at coming out to fix my key fob they even worked with me on the price however when I went to drive home after he program the new key fob my dashboard lights went crazy I no longer have any dashboard lights I can’t tell how fast I’m going if I have any gas. And all of the important lights like if the car is overheating or I have a tire gone bad just stay on now . I have called three times and all three times have had no luck I just get told it’s not their problem they didn’t do anything wrong. So I took my car today and I paid $100 for a diagnosis defined out that the key what the key fob was never finished programming and so now it needs a flash which is another hundred dollars I put a call In do you have a supervisor or manager call me back 30 minutes ago still haven’t heard anything. It’s another hundred dollars to get the fob flashed so that I’m able to drive my car and I don’t think that it’s fair I should have to pay that. Everybody I speak to acts like they can’t speak English except for the lady who answered the phone she’s been very polite and I’m very frustrated. I would not recommend this company to anybody at this point. I will keep you posted on how this plays out hopefully they do the right thing and they come in flash my key fob or they send my money back so that I can pay to get it done .
