Mr. Kero was very nice and professional. He arrived within 30 mins and was ready to help not only did I receive a replacement car key and backup battery for BMW he also charge my battery for me. Tom Bush wanted me to wait 2 weeks and charge more. You really can't beat this service I would definitely recommend

Terrance was my locksmith agent and he was very prompt and efficient. He showed up within 30mins and programmed and gave me new keys within minutes. Simple delightful that I wasn’t stranded for long after contacting them.

all it all great service tech came out within an hour server was down so unfortunately took some time he left came back 4 hours later to attempt again but it really wasnt his fault. he had to come back the 3rd time. finally got it. Guy was super nice definetly reccomend.

Unbelievable fast. I called and within 20 minutes the technician was at it. All in all, it took about an hour to re-key all of our office doors and provide us a new set of keys. These guys are professional, fast and courteous. Highly recommended!

The locksmith was very polite and responded quickly to my needs. I was told to force the lock in my car and drive it to a local locksmith so that he could repair it and when I tried to force my key I further broke my ignition. This technician came to my vehicle replaced the ignition and got my car running for me. If I could give them 100 stars I would! The price was reasonable and I would certainly recommend them to anyone!

After talking with other Locksmith companies that were difficult. I called We Do Locksmith in Jacksonville and gave my information over the phone. Within two minutes I was in touch with Kero. He came to my office the exact time he promised. In less than 10 minutes he had made two sets of keys for me and had them programmed.
