They were very thorough and the inspector took as much time as I needed to answer my questions.

They did a thorough job. The previous buyer in contact had a home inspection done. That company didn’t pick up on all the things Brandon did. A few items were of concern and needy to be remedied prior to purchase. Great Job Guys !!!!

Todd came out for a home inspection earlier this week to a property I am purchasing. He was there on time, wore a mask, wore booties and was very friendly. He was very thorough and answered any questions I had without making me feel like a burden. I’ve worked with many inspectors in the past who don’t want to talk to clients and kind of blow you off, and that leaves a sour taste in your mouth. Making me never want to call them for an inspection or refer them business. Todd was the complete opposite of that. Thank you Waypoint for sending out such a professional.
