Always punctual. Rocha always does a good job and is polite. Inspection comes with a warranty. I left a message for the owner and he personally called back promptly within minutes to make sure everything was Okay.

I met Mark Wahl at the property, he was already there on the roof when I got there. I introduced myself and he was very pleasant and professional, when he got down he shook my hand. I have to say he was very thorough with his inspection as he go through each room. I was very happy with the results, especially because he verbally explained the major problems that he found, and emphasized the urgency of what needed repairing right away. I was also given a booklet with helpful information, especially been a new home owner. He also assured me that I could call with any questions I have. I definitely recommend him highly.

As a realtor with Waterfront Properties I recommended Waypoint home inspection services to all of my buyer customers and have worked woth them on about a dozen transactions now. I trust their inspections to be thorough, they have a good "bedside manner" with customers if they are present, and they are available for follow up questions if needed. They are also efficient without impacting the scope of their inspection, and I find they take under 2 hours for homes under 2,000sqft. Their prices are also fair and they have several inspectors available so you can get the inspection within 48 hours of when you call. A+

We have used Waypoint twice. My daughter recommended the company for our first property. James completed both of our inspections. His wealth of knowledge kept us from making a big mistake on our first property. We decided not to purchase the first home. This time we had James again to inspect a new build. He pointed out several things to watch for. We were very pleased with Waypoint Services that we just recommened them to our neighbors.
