I felt that both of the inspectors that came out to the property completed a very thourogh and professional inspection. Once they finished the inspection they took me around the property and explained all that they had seen to me. They were both very professional and both were such gentlemen. Very quick response after I submitted the request. Got the inspection scheduled for the next day. Call service was polite and professional. Ordered general inspection, wind mitigation, and pest inspection. When I got there for the inspection, was greeted courteously by a team doing the inspection! They had a whole team out there doing the inspection. I felt super confident in their review assessment. They took comprehensive pictures of the problems and explained what they meant. They were also willing to answer any personal questions I had about things. They saved my life because they found poly butylene piping in the house and saved me from unknowingly committing to a ticking time bomb on my house. I am super thankful to them and will definitely be using thing again in the future.

Sergio Rocha did a fantastic job on a home inspection I had done in Lighthouse Point. I am new to the area and Sergio took the time to explain the different items to be aware of with homes in Florida. The whole team was great, from scheduling to getting the report. Fantastic service.

The Waypoint inspector was on time and ready to work. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Every time he started a new part of the inspection he explained what he was doing and why it was important. He thoroughly explained any issues that were discovered as well as many of the positive aspects of the home's condition.
