I had Waypoint come out to do a home inspection for a home I was looking to buy in which they went over ever inch of the property. They were prompt, on time, and thorough. By the time I got home the report was already available for me to download. My misfortune that I would have selected a property that was in probate that I was not able to close on. Well, I found another property about a month later for which I called Waypoint and they came out the same day. James did a fantastic job on the inspection of the property for me and went thru all of the areas that were of issue. Because I had recently had the other inspection done, Mark the owner gave me a discount on the second inspection which was a pleasant surprise. I would sincerely recommend Waypoint to anyone that is looking to get a home inspection.

I have used Waypoint 2x in the last 2 months. They/You were actually recommended to us by another retired Inspector. My father actually accompanied the Inspector, Sergio, on both house visits. He liked Sergio so much we requested him for the 2nd house. My father, who knows a thing or two about contractor's work, said Sergio was very good. Very detailed and was easy to get along with. Personally, I found the reports provided extremely detailed and educational.

The Waypoint team headed by James Amend provides the professional, knowledgeable service you need and expect. The team arrives knowing exactly why they are there. They are pleasant, and kept me apprised of everything they were doing. Nothing and no place in the home was not inspected. They worked efficiently and carefully. I knew when they had finished that my home had been checked out as thoroughly as possible. I was confident that any problems had been found and solutions explained and described. I was satified with the inspection of the property I am planning to buy for several reasons. All the documents sent to me were explained clearly and ahead of time.
There was a notice to remind me of the coming inspection, and above all the person doing the inspection was a professional and very detailed in his observations of the property. The final report was clear with excellent explanations and pictures to show what the inspector adviced to be changed or fixed.

We hired Waypoint Property Inspections when we found a house in Boynton Beach. Mark and his team came highly recommended. What's terrific about Waypoint is that they have wonderful relationships with people you may need in the future. From contractors to roofers to electricians to plumbers - everyone they send to us is incredible and we feel good about doing business with them. My parents, who are getting on in years, have called Mark many times in the last few years with questions and to ask for a referral. We feel comforted that my parents have this excellent resource. We also signed up for their Recall Trak which is amazing in every way. You sign up and add or delete appliances you buy over the years. They monitor recalls on a variety of appliances and every month, we get a report telling us whether or not a recall has been issued. This past month, Mark and his team came...
