Waypoint Property Inspection

I recently hired Waypoint to conduct an inspection on a home my husband and I are purchasing. The house was gutted to the studs and rebuilt so it's essentially a new home. After the remodel was complete, the current owner hired an inspector to inspect the home before they listed it. Their inspector didn't find anything significant during their inspection, but Waypoint did. The Waypoint inspectors uncovered two potentially major issues - evidence of termites and an active fungus from an old roof leak. Even though the roof was recently replaced, the damage from the leak was never discovered or repaired. The Waypoint inspectors went through the home with such attention to detail that they found things that we never even noticed (but should have) the multiple times we previously viewed the home. Their inspectors were knowledgeable, attentive and patient as we asked a ton of questions about their findings. They explained things simply and in a way that differentiated the most important things that needed attention. After the inspectors left, our realtor turned to us and said, I'm using Waypoint from now on! She's had a ton of experience with inspectors, but was blown away by their level of attention and service. You absolutely can't go wrong with Waypoint. I'd hire them again in a second.
