This was the easiest inspection I've ever had done. The people were so personable and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Steve did an excellent job on my home inspection. He knew what he was doing and was able to explain to me as he went along. He was early for my appointment and already had the outside done when I arrived. He took his time and did not rush through the inspection. He answered my questions as well a advised me as he went along to what he was finding and would not in the report. I would highly recommend Steve and your company to anyone looking for a home inspections. Also, as soon as I arrived he stopped what he was doing and introduced himself and went over the company's brochure with me.

My husband and I used Steve for two separate home inspections. His expertise prevented us from making a big mistake on the first home. Since we trusted his knowledge, we requested him to inspect the second home that we were considering. We are now able to confidently move forward with this purchase.

Steve and Scottie did a great inspection for us. We are moving across country and could not be there for the inspection. Our realtor joined the Waypoint team. The written material was excellent and is a great resource and the telephone debrief with Steve was thorough and extremely helpful. I am thrilled with the material and services that we received.

Overall I had very good experience with the inspector, despite the fact that the Waypoint employee that took my information forgot to inform the inspector I was going to be there at the end of the inspection, Eddy came back to the house,contacted the listing agent to open the property and worked his magic to make sure I see the house inspection results myself. He made a very detailed report and he was very friendly and professional. He had put himself avalable to answer all my questions and again, he was extremely helpful and nice.
