Place is the best came in at 330 to just drop my chainsaw off because couldn't get the blade to stay on . Figured I'd have to wait a wk or 2 to get it back. They opened it up to look at it realized I had a damage blade , grabbed one of new ones I had showed me how to get it on and sent me on my way 20 mins later. Talk about service. Read more >

Worst most unprofessional company my family and I have EVER dealt with! Took our lawn mower to be fixed a year ago. After countless times of calling and wondering when it will be dropped off after they picked it up we find out we will have to now figure it out ourselves because they don’t have drivers. We dropped this mower off a year ago and had to pay for a lawn service, now we will have to pay for a Uhaul to get our mower back. I understand the staffing shortages but that excuse can only go on for so long. All of this time and extra expense. It does not take a year to fix a mower staffing shortage or not! Also I am sure you will reply back rudely like you do with every other person who leaves a bad review which is unsurprising from a company who lacks customer service skills and class like yours does.
